- Go here or click +Make a Booking in the sidebar
- Select the date of delivery
- If it is a singular booking, scroll down
- If it’s a booking that occurs at the same time every day or every week, click the box for Add Recurring Booking. Select the last available date for recurrence and select the days of the week on which they will occur. This option will book multiple slots over the timeframe.
- Select your User Type, Service Area, and Vehicle Type
- Click Get Times. A pop up will appear for you to select your duration on site and your time slot.
- Select your duration on site. You will be able to select up to three hours on site. Entry and Exit times in and out will be recorded.
- Select your time slot. You will be able to select any slot that is available for your size of vehicle and duration.
- If there are no times available, you will have to select another date or duration time. Entry and Exit times will be recorded.
- Click Next to go to fill in the booking information
- Fill in the Site Contact information. This is the information of the person at Wembley Park who the servicing, maintenance or delivery is for. If you are unsure, please get in contact with your link at St James Quarter
- Fill in the Delivering Company information. This is the contact information of the company who will be responsible for delivery servicing, or maintenance
- Fill in the Driver Information.
- If you do not yet know the driver information, you can select “I don’t know the driver at this time.” This information needs to be filled 2 hours before arrival to site or your booking will be automatically cancelled and you will have to rebook another slot.
- Fill in the VRN information of the vehicle coming to site.
- If you do not yet know the VRN information, you can select “I don’t know the VRN at this time.” This information needs to be filled 2 hours before arrival to site or your booking will be automatically cancelled and you will have to rebook another slot.
- Fill in any additional required forms
- Click Submit
You, the site contact, and the delivering company will receive an email confirmation of this booking. If the booking lacks driver and vehicle information, you will receive confirmation of a pending booking. If this information is not received 2 hours before arrival, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
