My store has deliveries in the front door, do I need to book through Voyage Control?

We would try to deter our clients arranging deliveries which may see vehicles parking around the outside of the quarter. 

 

For such collections we would advise the service Road be utilised. If they park off-site somewhere and walk in then they would not be required to use Voyage Control as they will be accessing the site as our customers would.
