- Click on Settings, then click on Organisation Management (or go here)

- Here you will be able to see all of the users within your organisation, as well as manage who has access to Edit or View bookings of the whole organisation
- Click Associate Users
- Enter the email addresses of those that you wish to invite to the system separated by a comma
- Click the Invite User button
- The email addresses will receive an invitation to sign up to the system
- Once the user has signed up, you will be able to grant them access to make their own bookings
